Following unpredictable deliveries from suppliers, Dreams Living researched the viability of setting up a new division to handle all group deliveries nationwide, Roadeeze is a now a completely independent division of Dreams Living.

The decision was made early on to tick all of the boxes that other suppliers couldn’t, or wouldn’t.
All fleet vans are box vans with two drivers, handling awkward and bulky deliveries, initially just for Dreams outdoors and Furniture Maxi, Roadeeze is now delivering for third parties.

Customer service was an initial issue, with so many deliveries arriving late or being missed by other couriers, Roadeeze management and tracking system integrates with warehouse stock management, ensuring orders can be tracked from point of origin to final delivery.

The Central hub in Birmingham takes client deliveries prior to distribution throughout the UK, with a warehouse flow system to ensure all parcels are traceable at all times.

Following the success of Roadeeze it is our intention to expand to multiple depots across England and Europe, starting with a second hub in Southampton.
